Here’s what you’ll need for today’s project:

  • 5mm crochet hook
  • weight 4 cotton (I prefer this yarn: https://amzn.to/47WZGM9 or Walmart’s Peaches & Creme
  • Scissors
  • Tapestry needle

Stitches you’ll need to know for this project:

  • Ch = Chain
  • Hdc = Half double crochet

(Only 2 today! It’s going to be a pretty easy pattern.)

Let’s begin

Small Washcloth

For the small washcloth, we are going to make a ch of 25.

R1 – Next, find the 2nd ch from your hook and place an hdc in it,

Now place an hdc in each of the remaining chains (24)

R2 – Ch 1 and turn, place a hdc in each st down the row (24)

Continue repeating row 2 until you have a total of 21 rows.

Once you get to the end of row 21 you’re going to ch 1 and tie off.

Large Washcloth

Ch 31, place an hdc in the 2nd ch from hook and in each of the remaining chains.

R2-R26 – Ch 1 and turn, place a hdc in each stitch.

Once finished with 26 rows, ch 1 and tie off.
