Slow Sunday Vibes: Relaxing & Crocheting the Stress Away

Sundays are made for slowing down—and for me, that means curling up with some yarn and relaxing with a crochet project and enjoying time with my cats. No pressure to finish anything, just stitching, relaxing music, maybe some snacks, and letting the week melt away. It’s my favorite way to reset before Monday hits.

I’ve spent so much time working and taking care of the house that I’ve forgotten it’s okay to relax and enjoy my life. Ever since I made crochet my business instead of just a hobby, I haven’t fully enjoyed working on projects. I’ve just been working through the process and not really paying attention to myself and what I need. The beginning of this year really put that into perspective with unexpected health issues and the cause is still not known but it’s drastically changed my life.

As I begin to work on growing my blog and possibly getting ready for markets once more I really want to make sure I take some time out of my weekend to just sit back and enjoy the art I know. I’m going to buy some yarn to start working on a fall blanket but for this week I worked on my Christmas blanket that I’m making a challenge for.

If you guys would like to join me in some peaceful crocheting, I’ll link the video down below.

I hope you guys are taking care, and please remember not to overwork yourself.
